Christopher Dvorak, MD
Dr. Dvorak is Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics; Chief, Division of Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, & Blood and Marrow Transplantation at UCSF. He is a national leader and expert on supportive care in a stem cell transplant and oncology setting. He currently serves as Chair of the International Pediatric Blood and Marrow Transplant Consortium’s Supportive Care Strategy Group supporting where he leads individuals in the design of pilot multicenter trials in related to supportive care. These trials serve as the basis for the design of larger phase III trials in the Children’s Oncology Group (COG), where Dr. Dvorak is the Vice-Chair of the Cancer Control & Supportive Care Steering Committees, helping to oversee the design of trials in this field.
