Acupressure for Children in Treatment  for a Childhood Cancer (ACT-CC) Study

Acupressure treatments may decrease nausea/vomiting and other treatment-related symptoms in children in treatment for a childhood cancer or receiving a Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant.

Acupressure saved my sweet [child] during his stem cell transplant. He looked forward to it everyday.... it relaxed him... and took away his pain and nausea... it was the one thing that got him through one of the toughest months of his life.

UPDATE: The ACT-CC study includes children with cancer, but has expanded since April 17, 2019, to also include children ages 5-24 to include children who are receiving a hematopoietic stem cell transplant for non-malignant diagnoses.
